| MSP

Macrophage-stimulating protein (MSP), also known as hepatocyte growth factor-like protein (HLP, HGFL, or HGFLP), is a protein that is encoded by the MST1 (macrophage-stimulating 1) gene.

The recovery of Rat MSP spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity

Samples were spiked with high concentrations of Rat MSP and diluted with Universal Diluent to produce samples with values within the range of the assay.
