| LC3Ⅱ

Microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 (MAP1LC3), commonly abbreviated as LC3, is a soluble protein with a molecular weight of approximately 17 kDa. This evolutionarily conserved protein is ubiquitously expressed in mammalian tissues and cultured cells, serving as an essential component of autophagy - the eukaryotic cellular recycling system.

The recovery of Mouse LC3Ⅱ spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
