| CTRP15

C1q/tumor necrosis factor-related protein 15 (CTRP15) is a protein hormone encoded by the CTRP15 gene. Produced by erythrocytes, it suppresses hepatic hepcidin production, thereby increasing iron availability for hemoglobin synthesis. Notably, ERFE (erythroferrone) secreted by skeletal muscle has been demonstrated to maintain systemic metabolic homeostasis.

The recovery of Mouse CTRP15 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
