| IGFBP-2

Insulin-like growth factor binding protein 2(IGFBP-2) is a protein, which is an important member of the IGF/IGFBP system. Its expression is significantly increased in a variety of diseases, especially in tumors, and may be involved in regulating the activity of IGFs. However, the factors that promote the increase of IGFBP-2 gene expression are still unclear. In the study of glioma, it was found that the higher the malignant degree of glioma, the higher the expression level of IGFBP-2, which may become a diagnostic indicator of glioma.

| Recovery

The recovery of Mouse IGFBP-2 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity

Samples were spiked with high concentrations of Mouse IGFBP-2 and diluted with Universal Diluent to produce samples with values within the range of the assay.
