| ESPL1

Phosphorylated Extra Spindle Pole Bodies-like 1 (ESPL1) is a critical mitotic protein belonging to the separase family. It plays an essential role in cell division by cleaving the cohesin complex subunit SCC1 (RAD21) through its protease activity during the anaphase stage of mitosis. This cleavage releases sister chromatid cohesion, ensuring proper chromosome segregation.

| Linearity
