| NFASC

Neurofascin is a protein that is encoded by the NFASC gene.Neurofascin is an L1 family immunoglobulin cell adhesion molecule (see L1CAM) involved in axon subcellular targeting and synapse formation during neural development.

| Recovery

The recovery of Human NFASC spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.
