| PSNCA

Alpha-synuclein (α-SYN) is a protein encoded by the SNCA gene. As a neuronal protein, it plays a key role in regulating synaptic vesicle trafficking and subsequent neurotransmitter release. While highly abundant in the brain, it is present in smaller quantities in the heart, muscles, and other tissues.

| Recovery

The recovery of Human PSNCA spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.
