| ADAM10

A Disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain-containing protein 1, also known as ADAM1 or CDw156 or CD156c is a protein encoded by the ADAM1 gene. This gene encodes an ADAM family member that cleaves many proteins including TNF-alpha and E-cadherin. ADAM1 is a sheddase, and has a broad specificity for peptide hydrolysis reactions. In neurons, ADAM1 is the most important enzyme, with α-secretase activity for proteolytic processing of the amyloid precursor protein.

The recovery of Human ADAM10 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
