| PDGFAA

Platelet-derived growth factor AA(PDGFAA) is a widely expressed protein that is either an autodimer or a heterodimer that forms a disulfide bond with PDGF-B. PDGF-AA is an important growth factor promoting mitosis and migration of various cells including chondrocytes, osteoblasts, osteoclasts and mesenchymal stem cells, which can effectively promote wound repair.

The recovery of Human PDGFAA spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.
