| PDGF-AB

Platelet-derived growth factor AB(PDGF-AB) is one of the five isomers of platelet growth factor (PDGFs), and PDGF-AB binds to α-receptor homodimeric and heterodimeric receptors. It promotes cell proliferation, cell survival, cytoskeletal rearrangement, cell migration, and extracellular matrix production. It is important for the development of oligodendrocytes, Leydig cells of testis, alveolar smooth muscle cells, hair follicles and intestinal villi.

| Recovery

The recovery of Human PDGF-AB spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
