Product Datasheets
| FceRⅡ
Receptor II For The Fc Region Of Immunoglobulin E (FceRII) also known as CD23, is the "low-affinity" receptor for IgE, an antibody isotype involved in allergy and resistance to parasites.Unlike many of the antibody receptors, CD23 is a C-type lectin. It is found on mature B cells, activated macrophages, eosinophils, follicular dendritic cells, and platelets. CD23 plays a transport role in antibody feedback regulation. Antigens which enter the blood stream can be captured by antigen specific IgE antibodies.| Typical data
As the OD values of the standard curve may vary according to the conditions of the actual assay performance (e.g. operator, pipetting technique, wash technique or temperature effects), the operator should establish a standard curve for each test. Typical standard curve and data are provided below for reference only.Concentration (ng/mL) | 20 | 10 | 5 | 2.5 | 1.25 | 0.62 | 0.31 | 0 |
OD | 2.44 | 1.87 | 1.29 | 0.83 | 0.58 | 0.38 | 0.27 | 0.08 |
Corrected OD | 2.36 | 1.79 | 1.21 | 0.75 | 0.5 | 0.3 | 0.19 | - |
| Repeatability
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay):CV% < 10%; Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays):CV% < 10%| Recovery
The recovery of Human FceRⅡ spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.Sample Type | Range(%) | Average Recovery(%) |
Serum(n=8) | 84-101 | 96 |
Plasma(n=8) | 92-105 | 102 |
| Linearity
Samples were spiked with high concentrations of Human FceRⅡ and diluted with Universal Diluent to produce samples with values within the range of the assay.Serum(n=4) | Plasma(n=4) | ||
